Miller is a resident of Emerald City, the father of Mila and a friend of Eamonn.
Biography[]
After the Wizard ordered all of the young girls of Emerald City to be collected in order to find any witches, Miller asked Eamonn to let his daughter, Mila, postulating that she wasn't sick, as they claimed to be taking them to see a medic. However, he was simply knocked over by Eamonn when he struggled. When the girls were returned to their parents, Eamonn personally helped Mila through the crowd back to Miller, which he appreciated.[1]
