Claude is a jester for the Circus of Oz.
Biography[]
While travelling with the Circus of Oz, Claude sat in a carriage with Dorothy Gale, Lucas and a fellow circus member. When they were stopped by the Wizard's Guard, he looked to see what the problem was, before pulling the steps out to allow the older woman to get out.[1]
